Brudis & Associates, Inc. (BAI) performed a technical review of the civil and structural project plans and specifications for the Maryland Department of General Services (DGS). The project documents were prepared by an Architectural/Engineering consultant and BAI performed an independent review for technical accuracy, completeness and adherence to DGS and professional engineering standards. Structural items reviewed included design load criteria, column and framing plans, building sections, connection details, column/beam schedules, and floor sections and details. Reviews were performed at the preliminary (DD) and final design (CD) review submittals.
