Brudis & Associates, Inc. (BAI) provided construction management services in coordination with the Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) and the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for parking lot and roadway improvements at the Calvert Cliffs State Park.
Construction management services included: material submittal reviews/ approvals, shop drawing reviews/approvals, responses to contractor RFI’s, scheduled contract payment reviews, bi-weekly progress meetings, meeting minutes, bi-weekly construction site visits to ensure work was being performed to plans and specifications, material testing result reviews for tracking project issues, documented the resolution of project issues, and wrote/reviewed change orders
