Brudis & Associates, Inc. (BAI) was responsible for Construction Inspection and Management Services for various construction projects under an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contract with St. Mary’s County. Services included constructability reviews of architectural and engineering services, value engineering studies, prepared and reviewed CPM schedules, construction claims, contractor invoices, construction status reports, and shop drawings. In addition, BAI provided inspection and recommendation for acceptance of completed construction; inspection and field materials testing; structural inspections of inlet structures, end walls, retaining walls and other transportation infrastructure; and provided representation on behalf of the County on-site during progress meetings.
