Brudis & Associates, Inc. (BAI) provided construction management services in coordination with the Maryland Department of General Services (DGS) and the Maryland Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for the replacement of the existing pier, catwalk and bulkhead at the Rogues Harbor Boating Facility.
The construction management services included: material submittal reviews/ approvals, shop drawing reviews/approvals, responses to contractor RFI’s (Requests For Information), scheduled contract payment reviews, bi-weekly progress meetings, meeting minutes, bi-weekly construction site visits to ensure work was being performed to plans and specifications, material testing result reviews for tracking project issues, documented the resolution of project issues, and wrote/reviewed change orders.
