Brudis & Associates, Inc. (BAI) conducted construction inspection services under an open-end Construction Management and Inspection services contract with Harford County. One of the projects was this bridge rehabilitation on Stafford Road over Deer Creek.
Project consists of the replacement of the bridge deck and superstructure and rehabilitation of the existing substructure elements. Additional scope associated with this project includes maintenance of traffic, erosion and sediment control, stream diversion, reconstruction of approach roadway and installation of approach traffic barriers.
Inspecting the bridge's transformation every step of the way from mere plans to a fully functional structure brings immense satisfaction.
