As a Joint Venture Partner, provided technical review services for statewide public school projects for the Maryland Department of General Services.

Provided reviews of design development and construction documents design phase; reviews of design documents for completeness, coordination and compliance with appropriate codes; reviews of sub-grade site investigations; life-cycle cost analysis; cost estimates and supporting structural, mechanical and electrical calculations. The reviews were conducted on construction plan and specifications, as prepared by consultants, and consisted new construction, renovations and rehabilitation projects for schools and/or community college facilities.
